Announcement of “Kamal Fin Award” for literary services to Asad Muhammad Khan
The Academy of Literature Pakistan, a subsidiary of the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and National Heritage, has selected Asad Mohammad Khan for the Kamal Art Award 2019 in recognition of the literary services of eminent writers. This was announced by Dr. Yusuf Kushk, Chairman, Academy of Literature Pakistan at a meeting of the Awards Committee.
The Kamal Art Award is the largest literary award in the country with a value of Rs. 1 million. In addition, 20 prizes of Rs. 4 million for creators and researchers of different languages were also announced by the academy.
