Cannes Film Festival date postponed again, ceremony to be held this month
The Cannes Film Festival, which was canceled last year due to the Kovid-19 epidemic, has been postponed until July this year so that the event can be held in the presence of the people.
Cannes organizers announced on Wednesday that this year’s ceremony would take place on July 6-17, about two months after their scheduled time. The French Riviera Festival has been held for the last 75 years but the Corona Virus epidemic has affected it this time.
The Cannes ceremony was postponed until July last year and was eventually canceled altogether.
