Candy & Candy are the property barons behind almost any piece of high profile, high-end real estate assembled in London in the past ten years.  

Their signature attributes boast the type of a Mayfair hotel, the tech of some James Bond automobile and the lifestyle choices –concierges, health clubs, etc.–of a top-end holiday hotel.  

In the summer of 2013, Christian purchased 19 East 70th Street, an Italian Renaissance-style mansion between Fifth and Madison Avenues for about $35 million.  An agent for Chocolate & Chocolate confirmed they planned to convert the 17,000-square-foot house for home use.  

The eight-bedroom dwelling was last used as an art gallery.
