Hackers hacked the networks of two major US federal departments
Washington (92 News) Foreign hackers have hacked the networks of two major US federal departments.

According to US officials, the hackers targeted the networks of its federal departments, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce.

The revelation comes just days after officials warned that Russian government-linked cyber hackers were taking advantage of easy targets to target sensitive data.

However, the US government has not yet charged anyone with the hacking.
