India: Kangana Ranaut proposes punishment for giving birth to third child

MUMBAI: Actress Kangana Ranaut, who has been making headlines for making more controversial statements and controversies than acting in Bollywood, has proposed punishing parents for giving birth to a third child to control the country’s population.

The actress made the suggestion in a statement released on the social networking site Twitter.
