The Indian actress had not yet emerged from the passport renewal controversy when she shared a new post titled ‘India’ which has sparked a new controversy.
Actress Kangana Ranaut shared a story on the photo-sharing app Instagram in which she wrote, “India can only prosper if its roots are rooted in ancient spirituality and wisdom, which is the true spirit of our civilization.”
The actress said that the world will see us and we will emerge as a world leader in the world but for that we have to get rid of this slavish name “India”. Can we change this slavish name of the British ‘India’ back to India, in fact this name ‘India’ was given to us by the British which has no meaning.
