Forty-five years have passed since Munawar Zarif, the actor who received the title of Emperor of Humor, passed away.
Munawar Zarif, who was born in Gujranwala in 1944, had many comedy roles that even today the filmmakers start laughing uncontrollably.
Munawar Zarif started his artistic journey in 1961 with the film “Dundian”. He showed the essence of acting in more than 300 films in 16 years.
Munawar Zarif also made the songs filmed on himself as a hero memorable forever.
Munawar Zarif’s famous films include Nokar Wohti Da Khoshiya Mera Naam Pate Khan and Banarasi Thug.
Munawar Zarif, who had a great sense of humor and foul talk, passed away on April 29, 1976.
